Ordering Prints

To order prints from Birchtree Photography, simply go to the gallery where the print you want is located. At the top right-hand corner of the page you will see a shopping cart icon. Click on the shopping cart to order a print of the photograph.

All prints are processed through smugmug. If you are unhappy with your prints or gifts, smugmug will reprint or refund your order.

Simply send email to help@smugmug.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note: smugmug uses a professional lab renowned for their color accuracy and consistency, but they do not attempt to make adjustments to your photos.

The significance is you may not like their results if a camera setting was off, but you'll probably think their results are better than any consumer lab for well-exposed photos with good color balance.

Replacement prints from them almost always look identical to the first set you receive, but smugmug can often help adjust your originals to provide better results.
